An AI business in a box: it all lives in one folder called AI-HQ, on a shared Foundation, with a department for every function and a CEO layer that runs them as one team. Tool-agnostic files at the core, accelerators on top, a human approving what ships. As of July 2026 all ten departments are built; the ones live to members are the Foundation, Marketing (with Content Studio), Admin & Ops, Home, and the Optimise tools. The rest are complete and roll out on their release month.

Every department exposes the same interface: a brain (AGENT.md), declared skills, shared memory and logs, the same governance tiers. That consistency is what lets the CEO run them together.

DFY channels (#daily-brief, #approvals…), the OS posts briefs and approval requests, humans approve in-channel. Ports to Teams and Discord.
