Downloads go stale the day after you download them. The AI Her Way plugin marketplace is the version that keeps itself current: add it to Claude or Cowork once, install the departments you run, and every improvement we ship simply arrives.
This is the marketplace you add. In the Claude desktop app (Cowork) you add it from the menu; in Claude Code you type a command. Both ways are below, and you only ever do it once.
A short walkthrough of the whole thing, start to finish. Follow along with it, or use the written steps below.
In the Claude or Cowork desktop app: open Settings → Plugins, click Add (top right) → Add marketplace, paste Ai-HerWay/os in the URL box, keep Sync automatically on, and click Add. In Claude Code: type /plugin marketplace add Ai-HerWay/os. Once, ever.
Desktop app: click Browse to open the directory, then click the + next to each department you want. Start with Foundation, then add the rest (e.g. Sales OS). In Claude Code: /plugin install foundation@aiherway, then your departments. Remove any pack anytime.
With Sync automatically on, updates arrive on their own (in Claude Code, /plugin marketplace update aiherway). New departments appear on their release month.
Short answer: no. Subscribing adds our skills alongside yours, in a separate space Claude manages. It does not read, change, overwrite, or delete anything you have made.
Your own work is never touched. When you subscribe, our skills install into Claude's own plugin area, which is a different place from where your skills and files live. Your AGENT.md, your business context, and any skill you have built or customised stay exactly as they are. Installing or updating our library never reaches into them. Our skills stay generic and read your context at runtime, so they fit you without you editing a thing.
The one rule to know: do not edit our files inside the plugin folder itself, because an update would replace them. If you want to change one of our skills, copy it into your own skills folder and edit the copy. Your copy is yours and is never overwritten.
If a skill shares a name with one of yours (say you built your own lead qualification and we ship one too), both simply coexist, kept apart by where they live. Nothing of yours is lost. You just choose which to use.
Want to be certain before you add anything? Point Claude, or whichever AI tool you use, at your existing setup and give it this. It audits first and changes nothing without your yes:
Prefer downloaded files over subscribing? The free Hub Gap-Finder does this comparison for you: it adds only what is missing or newer, keeps your customisations, and backs up before any change.
Install only what you use. Every pack follows the same standard: evidence-based skills, your approval before anything sends, your data staying yours.

Ai-HerWay/os (or the full URL https://github.com/Ai-HerWay/os), keep Sync automatically on, and click Add.claude, then /plugin marketplace add Ai-HerWay/os./plugin install marketing-os@aiherway (and friends)./plugin marketplace update aiherway. The marketplace delivers the generic, always-current skills. Your personalised brain (AGENT.md, your context, your voice and governance) still comes from the OS Builder interview, and the skills read it at runtime. They work together.
Every department stays available as .skill and file downloads from the Hub and the OS Builder, for members on other tools or who like their files where they can see them. Subscribing is simply the version that keeps itself current, and the Hub Gap-Finder can keep downloads in sync.
Marketplace or downloads, the same EquiAI standard applies: anything that publishes, sends, or spends is drafted for your approval, nothing is fabricated, and your data never leaves your machine. Subscribing changes how updates reach you, never who is in charge. You are.
